If you want to go further, clearly position your practice digitally and significantly increase your reach, the combination of platform access + your own dedicated website with integrated appointment booking is the stronger option — one provider, no technical hassle.

This fee covers the secure booking and payment flow, confirmations and reminders, and access to the digital consultation tools. Healthcare providers set their own consultation prices on the platform and remain fully free to define different pricing for appointments that are booked outside CanaryMedic.

Any physician with a valid license to practice and authorization to operate a practice in the Canary Islands can register – whether you work in a solo practice, group practice, or clinic.
Register via our online form, complete the contract process and you will immediately receive access to our booking system. After that, you can create patient offers for online and in-person appointments.
You set your own prices – both for bookings via CanaryMedic and for your own channels. If you integrate our booking widget, you retain full autonomy over your pricing.
After the consultation has taken place, you receive your fee minus a transparent, transaction-based charge – this includes marketing costs, service fees, and the contribution to the social donations. 10% of your fee goes directly, in line with our social-impact model, to selected non-profit organizations on the respective island. 100% of the donated amount is passed on.
You can offer online consultations or classic in-person appointments. Both options are possible – depending on your specialization and practice setup.
CanaryMedic places great emphasis on transparency and quality. We verify your qualifications, ensure data-protection-compliant processes and, together with you, provide professional patient care – whether online or in person.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows are managed through our system. You retain flexibility while patients are clearly informed about the applicable rules. Details regarding fees can be found in your contract documents.
If you already have your own website, you can integrate our booking widget – this way, your existing channels remain in place and you additionally benefit from the reach provided by CanaryMedic.
