I am an independent patient advocate and a trusted point of support within the platform. My role is to ensure that patients feel heard, understood, and protected at every stage, especially when the healthcare system feels confusing, opaque, or overwhelming.
I support patients and their families before, during, and after using the platform. I help them understand medical and digital processes and step in as a neutral intermediary whenever questions, issues, or misunderstandings arise. I do not represent medical or commercial interests. I represent the patientโs right to fair, transparent, and understandable care.
I firmly believe that health technology only makes sense when it puts people first. That means clear information, informed decisions, and real access to human support.
