Dr Guido Rolink is a specialist in orthopaedics and trauma surgery with many years of clinical and surgical experience in Germany. After studying human medicine at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) Munich, he completed his specialist training at the Schön Klinik München Harlaching (specialising in knee, shoulder and hip surgery) and the Klinikum Dritter Orden München-Nymphenburg.
After qualifying as a specialist, he worked for many years as a senior physician. In this role, he treated seriously injured patients both pre-clinically as an emergency doctor and in an inpatient setting - including shock room care and acute and elective surgery. His clinical specialisations included complex injuries to the upper and lower extremities, spinal disorders and the endoprosthetic treatment of large joints.
Since November 2024, Dr Rolink has been working at the German Specialist Medical Center in Puerto de la Cruz, where he offers outpatient orthopaedic and trauma surgery care in accordance with German medical standards. If surgical treatment is required, he personally accompanies his patients in cooperation with the ClÃnica Quirónsalud Vida in La Orotava, which combines modern infrastructure with a professional and personalised treatment environment.
He is also available at short notice outside of regular consultation hours - particularly for acute injuries, second opinions, aftercare and follow-up checks via video consultation.
