No, CanaryMedic is not a medical provider. We arrange appointments with local or online doctors and at the same time support social projects in the Canary Islands.
Yes, you can easily book an appointment online – or alternatively in person at your preferred doctor's surgery on your island.
After booking, you will receive confirmation of your appointment. For online consultations, you will receive the access details for the video consultation immediately. After the consultation, the doctor will issue a prescription if necessary and then send you the invoice by email.
If you require urgent medical assistance, please contact the emergency services directly (112) or go to the nearest accident and emergency department. CanaryMedic is not an emergency service and, as a purely technical service provider, cannot assist in acute emergencies.
Payment is made exclusively by credit card at the time of booking. You will then receive an invoice from your chosen doctor, which you can submit to your insurance company. Whether and to what extent the costs will be reimbursed depends on your insurance policy – we accept no responsibility for this.
